Haren Pararajasingham

Haren specialises in employment and industrial relations law, as well as work health and safety. He regularly appears both led and unled in the Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales, as well as State and Federal industrial tribunals. He also appears in the appellate jurisdiction and in Commissions of Inquiry.

Haren is briefed by leading employer law firms, boutique employment practices and various arms of government. He possesses high technical proficiency in his areas of speciality and adopts a strategic approach to litigation. He builds strong working relationships with solicitors and is focused on achieving the best outcome for clients.

Haren graduated from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours in Law in 2013. Prior to coming to the Bar, Haren obtained extensive litigation experience at Clayton Utz and MinterEllison.

In 2025 and 2026, Haren was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a leading employment law junior counsel in New South Wales and Australia.

Haren is the sub-editor of Navigating Uniform Evidence Law (Thomson Reuters (Professional) Australia Limited). He also delivers presentations to law firms on prevailing trends in the field of employment and industrial relations law.
