Background
Richard has been briefed in a wide range of commercial and public law matters. Richard has accepted briefs in the High Court, the Federal Court, the Supreme Courts of several Australian States, the Australian Competition Tribunal and the Victorian County Court and the NSW District Court. He has acted for investment and retail banks, publicly listed and multi-national corporations, government regulators and individual citizens and non-citizens.
